You have identified my problem. I don’t type every word that I’m saying in my head and I don’t proof read when I’m in a hurry.

Yeah, I just said what you said.

What’s funny is when I type something a lot of people like that has an egregious typo. People clearly are overlooking and forgiving of my typo but it seems to perpetuate my post, hanging out there naked, with all its embarrassing imperfections. Oh, the shame.
Then throw in my other two common problems.
1. Dyslexia combined with not typing out some of the words that would have been backwards anyway
2. Thinking some parts are obvious so I dont say them when they are only obvious to me

People just read what I type and scratch their heads. borderline gibberish sometimes.

Do people simply ignore the red lines? My problem is letting my mind outrace my fingers to the point where I leave out words. Then I get in a hurry and fail to proof read what I typed. We all have little quirks in our posts.

I fail to proof read my posts all the time , and usually quickly edit my mistakes AFTER I post. Mrs. Sheboygan was a teacher and after 35 years together maybe it’s rubbed off on me. Anywho, I apologize if I was too critical. It was just meant to create a ( very ) little humor.

This site and the posts contained within is a living testimony as to why most of us majored in engineering!
Don’t know if it’s true or not but when I was in high school I had a teacher say to the class that the toughest college English Department in the state was at Tech because they wanted their engineers to be able to speak in complete sentences.

You’re getting “bless your heart” likes from me… just FYI. :)

Agreed. Honestly the biggest thing I’m worried about right now is not the next 3-4 years. It’s what happens after that! Let’s say Buster and Santucci leave, King and Philo leave, we go 5-7 and look very suspect. It’s not far fetched to see players leaving in a mass exodus.

Or what if you end up parting with a coach? Look at Marshall right now. Their coach demands more money and when he can’t get it basically the entire team transfers. Who knows what kind of cash that guy was demanding in negotiations, but seriously…maybe Marshall couldn’t afford it. So every player goes and they essentially start over?

This whole thing is beyond broken. Everything is super fragile for EVERY team. Even uGA is one small event away from being the worst team in the SEC due to some crazy exodus of coaches and players.

I guess in some ways it’s cool. There’s more parity. But it’s also difficult to build anything that’s not fragile.
Their leaving is the whole idea, CBK has said he hires coaches that want to make it to the top of the hill in coaching, CBKs job is to replace them with more who aspire to go higher and are good enough to do so. So far I see signs that he could be successful at doing just that. To succed in life I have found you have to take risks. Saban was very successful at what we're talking about here.
