I said it last week, but a loss to Syracuse was going to create the “same old Tech” narrative and it has. Causal fans are going to need more success to stay intrigued especially after the last few years with us being one of the worst P4 teams and our in-state rivals being multiple national champions. Let’s just take it one game at a time. We can shape our own narrative by winning.

You did not qualify “the worst,” but I do not think we qualify as one. By all accounts we are a top 30 team. Better than most in that group.

I think the attendance numbers are accurate tbh. We had 51/55K vs uga last year, and the only seats not filled were in the south end.

uga is a different story because the stadium fills up. I've been at numerous games, particularly in the era of terror, where announced attendance was definitely higher than actual butts in seats.

My wife and I delayed departure, but looking at the weather currently shows about a 50% chance of rain from 3:00-7:00. We will be on our way shortly from Jax !!
