The kansas defeat was because came out and played like their hair was on fire .

Mtsu scored again and again because they stole our defensive signals.

These games were lost bef o.j re we started.

Our style of play made games close due to slow pace of play calling and lack of passing . We were close at end of a lot games. When we had megatron or D thomas we were better at jump balls that win close games.

I am stunned that we had defensive signals. Unless they were the ones for "Miss every tackle" or "Play way off the receivers else you might impede their ability to catch the ball"?

More seriously -- and those questions are not entirely facetious -- Kansas was awful and should not have whipped us even with a flamethrower on their rears. Not ever. I think it was more the flame went out and our guys just kinda showed up. More or less.

I think in 2010, we were just really lacking in clutchness.
