Bottom Line is , Our Best Chance to beat a good team . like we did vs Miami. We need a effective running game and King gives us the best chance to do that . our offense with Philo taking 80 % of the snaps and scoring 1 offensive TD against a bad NC State team isnt the plan i would use . the way UMASS is running on Georgia is encouraging
Yeah but...2 tds were dropped...and there was a drop inside the 5...recievers not doing philo any favors...

I have a bad case of arthritis in my right shoulder. Exercising it with bands and taking 7-1/2 mg of Meloxicam 2 or 3 times per week keeps the pain away and is the only way I can keep playing golf.
I have Meloxicam, too, but have been taking ibuprofen. Need to switch back as it’s easier on the stomach.

I have bands for my hip. What are you doing for your shoulder?

Based on what seems to be the issue, the shoulder is not at risk in that situation (but a QB taking on that LB might not be what we’d want anyway)

I have a similar shoulder issue. Everything is fine until I have to raise my elbow above the shoulder.
Be carefull shoulder injury is complex.
At 40 took up golf - it made my old baseball ache get worse. Also slept on side with arm above head, pillows to pull shoulder slightly out of socket. Adivil by hand full kept it at bay while got adicted to golf. 15 years later went to the Houston astro surgeon who said had level 1-2 tear and arthritis. I asked what can i do he answered no golf and excercise and "Don't" use rowing machine or swim. So the idea of no golf was a non starter and then i mis heard the rest. After 7 years of 2 times a day swimming and using row machine i was in great shape with a 10 handicap but my shoulder absolutely killed at night. I went back to Astro doc who could not believe i could lift my arms overhead with no pain. I had a level 3 plus severing of rotator cuffs in both arms. He offered multiple surgeries with tons of rehab and no golf. I chose a different Doc at Baylor = who had a new procedure w regular rehab. Baylor doc was all amerjcan ol at baylor, then on washinton hog ol that won superbowl, iirc he was all pro. After retired he went to harvard medical school to become a suregon for athletes ( Jock to Doc). He fixed both shoulder even though the cuff tears had atrophy. When he went in he found al kinds of stuff floating arohnd and stuck to bones.

Sadly he said no golf.

Point is when young - go get steroid shot and rehab and don't keep doing stuff that makes it worse!

I could play golf with my two full thickness tears of my cuff. Barely. But I had a dawg surgeon see them up and golf is no problem now.

There are four ligaments that hold the shoulder together. I tore two of the four. They must not have been the golf ligaments.

My tears were atrophied on the ends of the tear so joc to doc cleaned them up sewed them up, and reattached to bone at shorter point. Cant throw at all but cheering gt , fishing, duck hunting is 100%.
I still have to do pt from time t to time. Suggest it for all shoulder issues.

Amazing that these things can be reattached to bones. I want to fish too in my upcoming retirement

I went to a shoulder specialist in Atlanta who had treated baseball teams. I thought it was a rotator cuff injury from my old baseball days and all the golf I had played. After examining me, he told me my shoulder was structurally sound. Then I asked him what was causing my pain and he said probably from the arthritis thar is there. He gave me 6 exercises to do with a band and Meloxicam and if I had pain after 6 weeks, come back and he would give me an injection. I never had to go back, been ~ 6 years. I can email you a copy of the sheet with the exercises if you message me your email.

I may do that. I am quite sure mine has structural damage, but so did you.
