1) Agree. Pyron will have packages we haven't seen yet. Faulkner's expansion of the playbook in the offseason wasn't just Haynes King centric...our coaches know what Pyron can bring to the table.

2) Disagree. King will be back for his final season. It may hurt some feelings in the QB room, but everyone has to make the best decision for themselves.

I agree on King coming back.He is a good very college QB but not pro level at this point anyway.

Wait for it......the game time decision. ND must plan for both.

See kg, that's how you crystal ball.....

I go by the Buffalo Trace Distillery pretty regularly. It would be the alternative, but an afternoon game is a bit too early for me to be sipping...
oh cool. I've only been once, but I am dying to go back. will get up there again over the Fall. When we there, they had Blanton's in stock for $60.

A couple of heavily followed GT social media accounts are posting pictures with ZP with no caption…take those cryptic posts how you want

I’m thinking HK has a bruised shoulder, and maybe hand, on his throwing side. He left the field last Saturday with his shoulder drooping, but came back in before the last couple of possessions. After ZP took over, he was standing on the sideline, with shoulder pads on, looking like he was in little to no pain.

Not factual, but that leads me to believe a bruised shoulder on his throwing side. Again, just a guess.

Not to sound dramatic but I’ve been seeing a bunch of ND posters talk about wanting Haynes King next year, especially if he starts and wins. They were able to take Hartman from WF, what are the chances they pull it off again with King next year?

I doubt it the way king talks about this staff and team and the fans I really don't see him going anywhere

If King doesn't declare I highly doubt he would leave. He strikes me as a kid who views the second chance Key and GT has given him as a lot more valuable than some extra cash from ND. I think he's a gritty, loyal guy and would be shocked if he transferred to another school.

Got Riley Leonard from Duke but Elko left Duke so RL may have decided to make the best $$$ move and ND needed a qb. If HK stays in college another year he will likely look for his best chance at the NFL. RL may have another year as well due to a covid year. HK best career may be in coaching if NFL is not in his future.

If ND wants HK, the only way I see HK leaving is if Weinke leaves this offseason. He will put his future pro prospects over a little extra payday at Notre Dame (and I'm sure our NIL is compensating him handsomely already anyway).

King is a good College QB. I will be surprised if he is an NFL QB. The leap from College to NFL for QB is huge. Glad he is our guy and hope he gets healthy soon!

I'm lucky enough to have met Haynes and him mom and dad a couple of times. Not that I'm close with them or anything like that, but you could tell from how his mom said that he has found his home at Georgia Tech, that it would take something unique to get him away from us. I think he comes back next year and we win 9+ with him. Wouldn't be surprised if Zach left and Philo became No. 2 and then started the following year. I think he loves the coaching staff, the fans, less pressure than at aTm, just the whole thing about Georgia Tech. I could be totally wrong, but that's basically what she said.
