IMHO Byerly would have started over Tevin.
Look, I was never a TW fan while he was playing. In fact I hated watching how defensive coordinators would scheme to make TW beat them. He was not the greatest athlete to be running the offense imo. But after watching VAd run the offense in the ground I grew to have great appreciation for what TW and his limited physical abilities did for the offense. In fact if TW had a defense that could stop a nosebleed we would be looking a him in a completely different manner. Sure he had some games where he came up short in crunch time. But it's not like the offense was averaging in the high teens/low 20s while he was under center. So to say that a career backup, that didn't even finish his career on he field, and lacked meaningful snaps should be ahead of a guy that set the ACC record for rushing TD by a QB while he was here is absolutely ridiculous....IMHO
