I don’t agree with David Beaty being up there. He’s getting Kansas going in the right direction, he just needs 1-2 more years

Lovie Smith ... Not sure if Illinois has no talent or he is just mailing it in, thought that was a good hire
Lincoln Riley .. too soon to tell
Brian Kelly ... bye-bye
Larry Fedora ... safe for now
BYU is awful !!
Anything less than 10-2 and I think Brian Kelly is gone. I bet Tennessee interviews him if he gets canned. Illinois has no talent and hasn't got a winning culture in football.

Looks like we have our first job opening?

OreState. I bet they get Mike Riley back.

As part of his decision to step down, Andersen forfeited the money remaining on his contract. He had just signed a contract extension at Oregon State in January that was to keep him with the program through 2021. Anderson was set to receive $2.65 million this season and would have picked up a $100,000 raise through each remaining year of the deal.

WTF!

WTF!

Why doesn't this happen to Tech? We r still paying Blewitt. We practically begged him to take the St. John's job when it came open but NOPE.

Derek Dooley begged Tennessee to fire him and let him take his buyout after the 10-7 loss to Kentucky in 2011 and the stupid AD at the time Hamilton wouldn't fire him.

Wasn't Illinois pretty good in the 1980's and early 90's?
They went to the Rose Bowl during the 1983 season going 10-1 and losing 45-9 to 6-4-1 UCLA in the Rose Bowl and got put on a severe NCAA Probation. They were pretty good from 1988-1990(1988 6-5-1,1989 10-2,1990 8-4) with Jeff George at Quarterback 1988-1989 and they went to the Rose Bowl with a 9-3 record with Ron Zook as head coach during the 2008 season and were skunked by USC.

I did not know that Illinois football was on probation. I knew the basketball team was placed on probation thanks to Bruce Pearl.

These hotseat lists are absolutely absurd sometimes. Lincoln Riley in his first year gets one loss and he’s up to #9? UNC would be nothing without Larry Fedora. Not a chance he gets fired without some kind of sexual assault allegation. Kliff Kingsbury? They’re 4-1… Where do they come up with these lists?
