I always believe that people should be given the opportunity to learn from their mistakes, but if you work in a business that is highly visible to the public or have theoretically been trained in proper procedures, you will not get the chance in today's political climate. Meyer should consider himself fortunate.

I have never been more insulted in my life. This is low, even for you. I'm not sure how I'll recover from this. I sound like? Ugh, I can't even say it.

It's two separate issues, for me. Chiefly, as you mention, the scumbag. IIUC, his legal process is underway. We'll see what the results are and respond accordingly. The scumbag is finally being handled. The fact that I'm outraged at him doesn't preclude me from also being outraged at the handling of the issue(s) at OhioSt.

As such, secondarily, I'll express my feelings about Urb. As he is the one who is still in the public eye and still employed, he will garner more attention than the scumbag.

It's two separate things. Doesn't mean the scumbag is getting off easy. Understand?

Some dirt is coming up from his time with Urban Meyer. I’m not sure how much Texas will support going 7-5 and finding skeletons in the closet. At 9-3, sure he’s fine with that, but 7-5 won’t be popular there, and dirt is an excuse.

Now I feel as crazy as the guy who makes the hot seat list.

I don't understand why Meyer is at the top - he has received his punishment which means he is otherwise safe IMO.

Taggert in the top 10 after one game speaks to the sites desire to get clicks and conversation going. Guess it worked on me lol

I think Willie Taggart is on the hotseat right now with the coaching job he did on Monday night against VT.
