I got my call yesterday. I was an under the radar possibility, but after less than 30 seconds, both sides realized that I wouldn't be a good fit to be the head coach, when I could not explain various differences in blocking techniques.

OK, I know I am old and slow...that said, I don't get it. What, pray, is "the lock"? Never mind, you are talking about the thread being locked. Why would it be locked at 200? Is there something special about the number 200? Still don't get it.
