Boston College lost to FSU today, with another loss to Syracuse this coming up week, that would make GT the 5th ranked ACC team. With Clemson in the playoffs, and NC state (more than likely imo) in the Camping World Bowl. That leave us getting a tier 1 bowl and the committee of the bowls will have GT, BC, Pitt, and Syracuse to pick from for the tier 1 bowl games imo. If you notice, we are the only team in the south. That should all but guarantee us a spot in either the Belk, Gator, or the one I want, the Music City Bowl.

GT in the Music City vs Auburn
BC in the Pinstripe vs North Western
Syracuse in the Sun Bowl vs Stanford
Pitt in the Belk vs South Carolina

No way BC gets the camping work bowl which is a higher tier than the others mentioned imo. They just lost to FSU and now have 4 L’s NC State should win out and only have 3 L’s imo.

A big aspect of bowl selection is how the team is playing in the second half of the season. If BC losses to Syracuse then I see GT being more desirable for a bowl then the Eagles.
