Our best resource is the great talent base within reasonable driving distance. By having a well organized and professional staff we will build great relationships w coaches and recruits. By being organized we can find out about portals coming back to our area.

I hope Tim McFarlin's biggest impact will be to make an extraordinary change in our lack of taking advantage of this local, great talent base. He will have to find those better students first.

I hope Tim McFarlin's biggest impact will be to make an extraordinary change in our lack of taking advantage of this local, great talent base. He will have to find those better students first.

This is our biggest potential up side.
Long term recruiting will pay long term dividends.
