LOL I love the way they do their prediction thread!

For all the trouble we'll have tonight against that zone, Syracuse is gonna have the same issues against us. If Cooney can hit a few 3s, it may be game over for us, but likewise if Q or Bolden can hit a few 3s it would be huge for us. If neither team can get their shooting going I actually like our chances given how we've looked in close games this season.

I said 3 games into the season Syracuse was an NIT team at best. They continue to validate my prognostication.

GT positives:
  • Defense - I actually thought they were prepared defensively and executed on that end well. Granted, Syracuse isn't difficult to gameplan for, but you still have to go out there and do it.
  • Offensive rebounding
GT negatives:
  • Everything on offense - Syracuse has been swiss cheese in their zone this year. GT had the 2nd worst offensive gameplan/execution of all the team they have played. The worst was Colgate. Look at the rest of Syracuse's schedule and you'll see the gravity of that statement.
The silver lining for me is you can't be disappointed when your expectations are low.

I can't really form thoughts. Similar to the first night back home, sober, after my weeklong spring break bender junior year of college traveling up the eastern coast of Australia with 50 other drunk and hormone driven twenty years olds where I blacked out every day.​

In all seriousness, GTech's three point shooting is shockingly bad.

One of the worst played SU games I've seen in my life.

18 second half points for the win.

I have the flu right now (spent 2.5 hours last night at urgent care). This game is making me feel way worse.

Just what Dr Naismith had in mind when he invented the game.​
