Going to need some details because that piece is very underwhelming.Just FYI, the Hyundai partnership goes deeper than just the field naming rights. https://ramblinwreck.com/georgia-tech-and-hyundai-announce-multi-decade-partnership/
We need the money, $3.5M a year is nothing to sneeze at, but something doesn't seem right selling out to a foreign company & a car manufacturer known for low end, economical vehicles. I don't think that is something that would make a lot of people think "wow" that synchs with GT's brand as a dare I say it an elite, cutting edge of technology Institute.
Not pissed, but not thrilled. Maybe I'm just disappointed, ambivalent, etc. I do understand our finances are horrible, just sucks we had to resort to this.
What's next Checker's Court, Fiat Field, Sears Stadium, AIG Arena, etc?
