Kids that don't want competition leave.
Tech is not a place where you can come in expecting tons playing time early if you are a low 3 Star kid. We are deep!

Another guy buried on the depth chart and getting passed over by kids in his own class and the grade behind him. From a competitive standpoint, I'd rather these guys that aren't going to see the field go ahead and transfer to open up a spot for another kid to bring in and see if they can get on the field.
