if anybody had told you before the game that we would lose 2 of 3 fumbles and have two fg blocked against ut and still only lose by 1 point would you have believed them?
Speaking of media coverage, I was unable to listen to the game radio broadcast last night. The great 680 was covering the Braves, and the two FM station could not be heard inside the arena. How many other games do the Braves preempt us this year?
Thank God Tunein carries the Georgia Tech IMG Network online and you can hear every football and men's basketball game. The JSU game shouldn't be, the Braves play at 7:00PM, while the JSU game is at 12:30. The Pitt and UNC game depend on what time of day they are. The Braves play at 7:00 for both of those. If the GT games are at night, GT will move to the second or third tier Dickey Broadcasting station in Atlanta. In previous years, if the GT game starts at 3:30 and there is an evening Braves game, the GT game will start on 680, and then sometie around 5:30 with no warning or explanation of where to tune in to receive the GT game, the Braves pre-game show will start.
Hoever, we re-signed with Dickey and 680 just a couple of months ago, so they will remain our flagship(sic) station. 680 will continue to be the official talk radio station of the bulldogs, the flagship station of the Braves, and they might carry GT football games.
You bet it is, beyond the GT community no one around Atlanta knew there was a game Monday nite. Same old crap, different year. The GT AD needs to call them out on it.You must be new here. (TIC) Is this not the typical treatment by the media when we play an SEC school?
I figure people would know if they watched ESPN at all or looked at their websiteYou bet it is, beyond the GT community no one around Atlanta knew there was a game Monday nite. Same old crap, different year. The GT AD needs to call them out on it.
