We are not the only school that does that. Why do we do it this way? Because the players are the ones working their ***** off in order to provide some entertainment for us. They have the right to choose whatever the hell they want.
And we, or at least some of us, are the ones paying for their education, their room and board, and the uniforms that they wear.

Name me one other team that does this every week?

We gotta be the only program that lets the players choose our uniforms. Not sure why we do that

Maybe to let the guys pouring out blood, sweat, and tears to.....have a little fun along the way?

Shocking concept I know. We should do everything possible to diminish this...it can only help recruiting o_O

I wish some of y’all who get so passionate about colors could channel that passion into making noise at BDS. But the butthurt over Navy probably places you in a state of depression the would prevent it. Smh.

There's two. There was also a ESPN Gameday segment on Oregon's uniform combinations a few years ago that specifically mentioned players choose the uniform combinations. "Players" generally meaning captains or selected team leaders.
Oregon players do not choose their uniforms. Nike in conjunction with the program does. That's just a widely known thing
