Sorry old heads, but I speak for the youth and we love these. We aren’t Penn St. or Bama. I don’t get the whining like we are breaking some 80 year uniform tradition.

Because we are breaking a 100+ year tradition. Tech has NEVER worn blue pants, and to wear blue anything when you are facing a team whose primary color is blue, it's just effing stupid.

I look at more like this. Tech is a classic school. Generally conservative. So, uniforms should reflect a nod to tradition. Blue pants are not only not traditional, Holy Cow ... it's a accent color.

Yeah man, the 15 new uniforms we’ve had in the last 20 years are real traditional.

But we DO have a style of our own, and it's white and gold, regardless of the fact that we for some unknown reason decided that blue should be used instead of black as trim and occasional jerseys.....and now pants....SMDH

I think we have "colors" of our own. You can get the colors right and still look terrible. Talk to Russell.
