· For Saturday’s home opener vs. USF, the first 1,500 Georgia Tech students in attendance will receive a FREE white GT football tank top.

· Tank tops can be claimed inside Bobby Dodd Stadium on the north concourse.

· Georgia Tech students must show a valid Buzz Card to claim a tank top.


STUDENT SECTION D.J.

· For ALL Georgia Tech home games in 2019, a D.J. will be stationed in the student section on the north end of the stadium to help energize the GT student body throughout the game.

I really hope I am wrong on this one. I hope there is 50k plus, and that fans show up to support a new coach and a new culture. I just think its hard for GT to get that many fans into its stadium.

No one looks at attendance anymore. Why? Because there are so many options ... cable, streaming, etc.

They look at total eyeballs now. And the ACC payout.

Last years home opener under 40,000, Homecoming under 40,000.
45k is a good look especially if Upper North is semi filled up and West stands are actually GT fans.

I know a few people that were going to take their kids to the game but the heat is keeping them from going because their kids would be miserable
