It takes the NL East to make our ‘Pen look good. Our nickname should be the “castoffs,” because unless you follow Atlanta, how would you know who is here, who is with Gwinnett, and where did they come from?

Interesting stat. about our offense. We lead the MLB circuit in scoring earned runs vs. the opposition Bullpens, at over 6 runs per prorated 9 innings. If we put a few more good arms out there before the deadline, we might compete with LA.

Guys, I really like Keuchel. If McCann stays, I think he might as well. Knows how to pitch! Throws strikes!! Calm, but competitive demeanor.

Good weekend, great would have been a sweep, I guess I'm getting a little cocky (sic). Saturday was agony to ecstasy for sure, BIG win !!
Keuchel wasn't impressive, the hit batsman on an 0-2 count was awful ... but I'll attribute it to knocking off the rust and we'll see what he does against the Cubbies.
We have a lot of depth, Camargo the forgotten man rises up and comes through twice in the series. Freddie is killing it !!
Not sure what happened to Folty, you have to feel for the guy, first off he needs to get his mind right ...

On Saturday the Braves inked Garrett Saunders, a shortstop out of Central College in Pella, Iowa.

Saunders graduated from Van Buren High School in Keosauqua, IA, then moved to Central.

According to the Central News, the 5-11, 185-pound RHH played three years for The Dutch. He’s a two-time Google Cloud CoSIDA Academic All-District selectee, ABCA/Rawlings All-Central Region honoree,
