The headscratcher of taking Fried out appears to have snowballed. Can't emphasize enough how awful that was. Martin gets injured when he shouldn't have been in. Now Melancon is probably out for tomorrow. Newk gets burned. Cards bats have gained confidence. Just unbelievable.

Brian Snitker is lousy at managing a bullpen. He's just like Billy Martin was in Minnesota,Texas,New York and Oakland.
