ACC office may leave Greensboro

There is some marketing value when you have a big Conference office sign on the side of a busy Chicago interstate where heavy traffic sees you daily.

I agree with this. But, isn't it odd that the ACC is no longer considered the premier hoops conference it once was. Duke & UNC are still near the top, but the conference as a whole is weaker.

Not to mix this thread up with another, but this was part of the rationale on ACCN — just one commentator’s opinion, mind you — for UNC and Duke moving to the B1G as a package deal.
