Technically this is a non-GT game albeit Thursday night NFL.

A NYJ player dropped the ball on the 0.5 yd line, negating a walk in TD. Houston was awarded with a touchback as the ball went unrecovered and rolled out the end zone.

How this happens every year at every level just baffles me. And at the NFL level, it shocks me that contracts don’t have severe clauses for gross player incompetence for stuff like this.

Interesting observation from the Tulane-Charlotte game. The Charlotte QB was wearing an Apple watch, but I didn't realize that players were permitted to wear Apple watches during the game. Apparently, it falls under an exception that allows electronic devices to be worn to transmit health data. Who knew!?!
Rule below:
Players may not be equipped with any electronic, mechanical or other signal devices for the purpose of communicating with any source

(Exceptions: 1. A medically prescribed hearing aid of the sound-amplifier type for hearing-impaired players. 2. A device for transmission or reception of data specifically and only for purposes of health and safety.)

Sweet. Let's give all the players watches and text the play to them all. Imagine how quickly we can run plays. Set up special haptic codes to tell audible calls.

That was my initial thought as well. How do we know that it is not being used for non-health reasons?

Charolette is where gt lb Demetrius Knight portaled ( didnt fit scheme). He did great = 100 tackles. Now portaled to South Carolina and doing well 5 tackle for loss and 2 sacks. Wish we had DeThackered sooner.

After the improbale FSU win, this is the week i had hoped to watch our acc competitors best each other and give us a path to a great finish.

We would need to beat mia and Ncst, but , alas, we let Scuse boat raced us in first half, while we slogged along thinking we are a power running team. Almost came back.

Out of curiosity I looked at how much the Miami game tickets are selling for at hardrock vs Duke today.

I knew they typically struggle to put butts in seats… but nosebleed tickets to go see #5 Miami play a conference game are $1…
They are that desperate.

We have empty seats during our trials and tribulations… but we aren’t that and I’m glad.

Just came here to post about the empty stands in Miami. It's 81 degrees, you're #5 and playoff bound, and there's nobody there.

Yeah, the Marlins are the pro step-child.
It's really a head scratcher when you think about baseball in Miami. South Florida has by far the greatest participation in youth baseball in the country. The game is played year round and thousands kids of wear Marlins jerseys and caps. My nephew played every year from the time he was 6 years old and there were hundreds playing at that park,

May have something to do with the historically crummy product on the field, especially compared to the Phins and Heat.
