Does anybody have any clue why Kirby was whining about the substitution on 4th down? He kept telling the refs “they can’t do that”. But why not? It’s no different than running the kicking team out for a quick FG.

It looked like the near side (mutt side) receiver moved his hands. Kirby is just a yelling baby with a bowl cut.
