Wouldn’t that have been MUCH better placed on the corner of North Ave and Techwood?

Only people that are going to see it are tech students and fans. Would think you would want non fans to see it.

Lots and lots of ordinances involved in signage, especially on a city street. Doubt they could have done a true video board there. Having it face the plaza was probably the only option.
