I'm glad we lead wire to wire and comfortably by the end to put in some bench players. 2 day turn around has hurt us sometimes when we play a full game of minutes on our starters. Obviously not as bad with the week long breaks we've been having in between games. Very excited for our team.

Watching TCU and UCF. Not sure my first choice is to play UCF. TF changes the way the game is being played around the rim. I could easily see that team sagging on us and making us shoot from outside. TF will sit in there and alter any dribble penetration and lay-ups attempted. I think we still win, but it will be a different game that we've played this entire tournament. We'd have to go right at him and get him in foul trouble. With that reach, I'm not so sure we'd be too successful.

Agree. Don't want to play them. We aren't a great shooting team, although if we got him in foul trouble I think we could beat them pretty easily.

Haven't watched much, but wonder if Lammers playing the high post could be an effective counter. Either Fall stays close to the basket and Lammers nails a few elbow jumpers or he comes out to play him and opens up the paint for cutters.

It's like the UNC game. I keep expecting to wake up. Keep it going through Thursday guys. Here's a tip of the hat and a dozen Krispy Kremes to CJP and the team.

This will be a very tough game.
TCU is a very good team (KenPom 34) with an excellent coach.
Kenrich Williams has been fantastic for them in the NIT and probably the first guy we need to try to defend. Had a triple double against Richmond and had another bi g all around game last night.

Very balanced team that shoots well both from range and in close, takes care of the ball (1.3:1 A:TO ration as a team), rebounds well and defends well.

We don't quite suck as much anymore.

Had a feeling TCU would win. They’re a very good team who had a brutal February that essentially kept them out of the NCAAT. They’ve beaten Kansas, Iowa State and West Virginia. Like us they lost maybe 2-3 games they shouldn’t have. Corey can be the difference. Just play suffocating defense because they aren’t great from the line.

Looks like TCU goes about 9 deep. No one on their team really puts up a ton of points individually. They’re getting almost 20 a game in the NIT from their European Center. Leading scorer, averages 2 blocks per game but only plays a little over half the game which is strange.

This is probably the best team we have faced in the NIT, with probably the best coach we've faced too. We can win, but we'll have a thin margin for error. Play our best game and we have a great shot, miss layups and play with low energy and we'll lose by 15
