Years ago used to cross paths with his father Lars. We were passing acquaintances so I did not realize he had played at Virginia Tech. Also very familiar with Mount De Sales and am frankly shocked that they beat Bay High (assume Panama City) in football. Have not lived in Macon in years so was grateful to see some connections and learn more.

I saw him come up for today. I was reading his year-by-year summary. Then, I started remembering back to last year. His stats do not belie the contribution he made. I'm awfully glad he's one of ours. I hope bigger things are ahead for Rod.
