A rare college ready body. It used to be all we got were projects and guys with "room to grow." Also, here's a guy not afraid to smile in his GT photo. I never understood why most guys try to look like it's a mug shot. I bet he's more intense on the field than the guys who look like they're at San Quentin.
Reference to his smile brought back distant memories of best coach I ever played for. Was my junior HS coach and had played safety for the Redskins against Bronco Nagurski ( told war stories about what is was like to see him break clear). Coach told us tackle and block hard and clean. Don't say a word but give them a hand to pick them up and go do it again next play. He thought that had a psychological effect on them, left them puzzled as to "who are these guys".
