It is true that he has P5 experience. Being OC at ND under Brian Kelley is like being DC under Saban. Best case scenario is that he picked up lots of good experience and knowledge in addition to what he already had there. Worst case is the success was due more to Kelley than Long. His Tulane...
That's not it at all. I understand paying the market rate. The issue here is why fire CDP, then hire basically the same thing. What has happened here is CDP's alias and CGC just got 2 more years. Even if they are let go next year, this puts Tech in a worse position for the next coaching hire...
