I think this (MLB) is the second highest priority to figure out - QB number 1, MLB number 2 and WR's number 3 (especially coaching them to run a complex tree route system to perfection).

I agree that CPJ had talent to work with because of the one real good recruiting year CCG had. And Gailey inherited a very good talent from O’Leary and did nothing with it. CCG had some mediocre recruiting years leading up to his jackpot year so the depth was not great for CPJ. But at least CPJ...

Thanks for taking the time for a very solid analysis and your opinions. As many of us feel there are some good things in CGCs hiring and a number of unknowns. Time will tell and we will support him along the way. It is what it is. THWG!
