I love this takethepoints! Only on Gtswarm would we have someone respond like this. In general I have loved your posts over the years! Thanks for all your great posts.
My post was a bit tongue in cheek. Perfect world it would be great to know. But in reality we will never know. I agree w your post here a 110%. Let’s just remember all the factors before saying any improvement was only because we dropped the TO.
This increase in money applied to more recruiting staff and recruiting travel actually adds a variable to the TO recruiting experiment So when the new staff moves our recruiting from 40-60 level to 20-40 level how much is weighted to the TO effect, vs the new staff’s energy vs the increase in...
Great post Cam. Thanks for all the work. I love data to make conclusions from CGC needs to do just a little bit better to get to the top 30. And the cupboard is not bare

He doesn’t necessarily need to. Some of the zone blocking schemes actually want smaller quicker o lineman. Just heard yesterday that Gary Kubiak is coming back to the Beoncos as OC and he was talking about the need for quickness vs mass in his schemes
I agree that CPJ had talent to work with because of the one real good recruiting year CCG had. And Gailey inherited a very good talent from O’Leary and did nothing with it. CCG had some mediocre recruiting years leading up to his jackpot year so the depth was not great for CPJ. But at least CPJ...
Thanks for taking the time for a very solid analysis and your opinions. As many of us feel there are some good things in CGCs hiring and a number of unknowns. Time will tell and we will support him along the way. It is what it is. THWG!
