Being 61 out of 65 in spending DOES hurt our program. You have to use UGA logic to think differently. Everyone should read BC’s thread and it should be updated every year so we are all totally informed of the data

I totally agree with this. CGC will keep this grad rate/APR going. And CPJ is the one that totally turned this around from the CCG and COL eras. Over the last 50 years this has not been a constant. It is up to the AD and Coach to focus on this and then it is up to the SA. THWG.

This is great. When did DMo come to GT. I am getting old and do not remember him before CPJ. But that is probably because I did not know about social media until 5 years ago

Even in something like a social science course this happened to many of us. Was it the history? Professor who showed up on his first day and announced “I am Professor Bastard W**** and I have that name for good reason”. He lived up to his name and did not make it easy in a non STEM course.

AND the recruiting team did a hell uva job finding those SAs that would work their butt off with the tutors! Tutoring + Effort = increased APR

It takes people and budget. That is what. BC is showing here. CPJ did the best with the smalllest recruiting resources in the ACC. TStan has to come through with more recruiting budget or CGC will be hampered
