Are you surprised they are favored or surprised they are favored by so little? I think Pitt is a fairly solid team. If we win, I’d be almost as excited as last night’s win.
It’s unfortunate that COFH at BDS has turned into a home game for the mutts, based off the amount of red in the stadium. They travel with an abnormal number of rude and ill-mannered fans too. Nauseating.
Hopefully CGC will get the stadium to turn more gold during his tenure.
Fantastic win last night and the team looked unbelievable. We are now 2-2 with 8 games to play. We still control our own destiny within the ACC.
Given the opportunity to choose one of the two outcomes below, which do you pick?
1) You win the remainder of your games, excluding the game...
If you would’ve posted this victory lap nonsense after last week’s close loss, it would’ve looked silly. One win later, it still looks silly.
Last night was a great win but CGC still only has 8 wins (30.77% winning %). There’s a lot to be proud of though and I sincerely hope that we have...
Before the Clemson game, what was your final score prediction? Wasn’t the result better than your prediction? Yes, Clemson is not the same team they were but do you realize that CGC hasn’t beaten a P5 team that ended the season with a winning record? I’m not satisfied with a loss either but...
I can’t seem to verify this right now but I think I remember seeing a stat that we were near the top in 50+ yard plays that year. And it seems like the stat was for all plays of 50+ yards, not just rushing.
Do we know who the starting QB will be? In other words, do we score essentially the same number of points regardless of who is the captain of the ship?
Good guys 31-27. We get a pick six.
I wish I knew what the OL assignments were but surely somebody was supposed to look for Skalski.
I’m not a big fan of this play because it takes a little while to develop and you can’t give Clemson time to adjust. I’m old school and I always think of getting your biggest O-linemen to drive low...
UVA had a lot of success through the air against UNC (40 out of 57 for 553 yards). I originally thought UNC must have a stout rushing defense because UVA only gained 24 yards on the ground in 22 attempts but if you can get 553 through the air, why run?
UNC has thrown 4 INTs in 85 attempts...
Your post reminded me of a game we played against Miami in a deluge a few years ago. Our corners were 10+ yards away from the LOS and Richt bubble screened his way to victory. Ugh! Still burns.
This is brilliant. You taught me a lot. Thank you. IIRC, the 90s Broncos OL was one of the lightest offensive lines ever. Very fast for an offensive line and fun to watch. I’m curious if anyone ever occasionally throws the old gap scheme blocking in to confuse the D. Maybe the D wouldn’t...
