Yep. The recruiters will reach out to the agents to get a feel for the coach's interest. The agent will call his client and ask if he's open to taking a phone call. No interest, no phone call. Neither side wants negative publicity in the press.

You forget the financial constraint. There may be some great coaches who are AVAILABLE but not AFFORDABLE. We're not in a position to claim money is no object.

With 10 days to prepare, we showed nothing. At home. Regardless of the reasons, that loss was the point at which somebody, somewhere decided to look elsewhere.

So, we had a unique offense in the TO, Now, we have a plain Jane "Football for Dummies" lemming system. By process of elimination, we may have this offense thing figured two or three HC's from now. ;)

He can't make them bigger, stronger, faster. But he can make them more focused, more familiar with their assignments, and more disciplined. Simplify and execute. Has this happened? What do you think after the last two games?
