We'd lost any advantage the previous coach/scheme had offered years ago and were no longer competitive with almost half our schedule. Unfortunately, it was never an advantage to recruiting so it's nice to be pulling ourselves out of that hole with Coach Collins.
Exactly. You have several "Miami beats New England" type of games every year in the NFL that are just head-scratchers on paper. Yet, college football hasn't seen one of those since...App St over Michigan?
It's why the NFL is more interesting to me. This year is a great example: No one in August saw TENN nor SF getting this far. No one 3 weeks ago saw TENN getting this far.
Conversely, there's no "TENN" in college football nor will there ever be.
There are millions of people more deserving of help than a-hole AB. His asinine behavior predates that hit he took vs CIN. Excuse-making for that guy is stupid.
Really nice, inexpensive TVs + expensive tickets + the general pain-in-the-*** it is to get to a game vs watching it on your own comfortable couch = More people would rather stay at home.
The exact same thing is happening across the NFL.
At this point, he'd be foolish to transfer without first getting his GT degree. The chances of post-grad success are higher for him with a GT degree than they are playing football at the next level.
I can't remember who but someone in the uga Game Chat kept going on about how Fromm makes the "NFL throws", etc.
LMAO - Fromm is garbage. Every big game, every key play...the guy can't hit water if he was in a boat. Fields is a much better QB - am glad he left that ****hole.
3 losing seasons in that decade plus dismal loss to MTSU plus huge choke jobs vs mutts in '09 and '13 plus whipped by Duke annually for half a decade...the ride wasn't that enjoyable.
Google actively censors anything that leans or thinks right and worships any and everything that leans or thinks left. Google can go straight to hell and take pretentious Apple with it.
I too want to see more wins and not a repeat of any part of this year but the age of the Curmudgeon Coach appears to be ending/over. These tweets show that the kids are having a better time with a Player's Coach than they did under the attitude of the previous regime.
I just hope it translates...
