As I have noted previously Georgia Tech's win-loss since 1970 is 273 - 230 - with 8 ties. This is the base on which Johnson, or any coach, has to build.
Percentage wise Johnson is ahead of the norm.
By comparison Tech is 270 - 161 - 17 in the years 1927 thru 1969. One can draw conclusions...
