I do too and I think he should be able to bring some assistants as well. I think PJ has made the mistake in the past of leaving some assistants in place that probably should not be. Either way, I think this is PJ's last shot at improving the defense.

That is unbelievable. The cost of real estate must be atrocious in this area. I do believe in paying teachers much more money than they currently make in the vast majority of places. Don't think these numbers make sense for most areas, but teachers should definitely be paid much more.

You must live somewhere other than Georgia, Alabama or Arizona. The only ones making that kind of money in those states are the administration. I know career teachers (30+ years) with masters degrees who make far less than $100k.
