Our guys have been whooping butts with the dive play all year. MSU was just another one of the victims of our great line, QB and BB play.

Would the positive, upbeat demeanor of this new chat board have anything to do with our team's overall attitude and confidence level? IOW, could there be any cause and effect correlation? Just something to think about...

I've been watching Tech football since the 1950s. I've enjoyed great coaching, outstanding players, champions, and incredible victories. Now I've enjoyed the best night of sleep I've had in ages and can think with a relatively calm and cool head. So here is my heartfelt critique as a Tech fan...

Back in the day, failure to wear one's rat cap until after our usual victory over UGA resulted in a "T" cut if caught. Saw several "T" cuts around campus (not all Tech freshmen were real bright in those days). :cigar:

One of us is so cussed old :inpain:, he remembers sitting in the stadium watching games before the upper east, the upper west, and the "old" north stands were erected (the north stands in the picture above replaced wooden bleachers, IIRC, and I believe the old naval armory was where the Edge...

Our guys need to boil those branches before putting them in their mouth. Lots of Dwags relieve themselves on it during the games, even their little pooch.

The Right Stuff. Credit to the coaches and players for their tenacity, togetherness, durability, perseverance, desire, work, performance...all those things that are the intangibles of a great team.

Ah, back in the day...:rolleyes: I remember as a student during the '50s not traveling home for Thanksgiving holidays so that I could attend the freshman game. It was played at Grant Field each year and I recall one game that around 45,000 fans attended.

When our offense is hitting on all cylinders it is a thing of beauty and watching it this year has me so spoiled that I now have difficulty even watching the pros. Last night I watched some, but not all of the NC vs. Duke game. Why didn't I watch all of it? Frankly, I thought both of their...

I thought our "Lethal Weapon 3" basketball team was close knit, but this Tech football team is the tightest knit of any sports team I can ever recall...and that goes all the way back to the 1950s.

Along with most of us, BJ 1990 can look back to Ross...several extremely bad years leading up to a national championship...and then a drop off...and then B*** L****...etc. Now we have an opportunity for stability in our program with a coach who gets it, all the way around. The ball is in our court.

Congratulations. These two had a great game, and it's too bad the entire team couldn't be selected.

A really tough choice to make. Beating FSU would be sweet icing on a Championship cake. Give me a few weeks to think about it. Meanwhile, THWG. :vomit:
