I agree that they seemed out of place all game - which is bizarre seeing how well their D has played us and made adjustments in the past. Just a bit concerned that much of our optimism on MJ relies on this apparent anomoly - but I have to say his burst of speed up the middle caught everyone off...
The VT game was a bit of a mystery to me. Was VT overconfident with Jet out? Did the other 10 on our offense decide to step up without Jet or is MJ that solid and brings a different element to the O? My thought is it was a little bit of all three.
Seen this before. I wasnt able to see anything on the original post either but was able to play it on the link from your reply. Some sort of a load/sync issue.
I notice coach almost always mentions Jay Jones as being in the mix at QB. I am excited to see him - if not at QB then perhaps somewhere else with his athleticism.
Dont forget Dolphus. Had several breakout type scrimmages. Excerpt from AJC review below - imagine he's put on a few pounds by now.
"He’s a beast and a physical receiver. He’s 6-foot-5, over 200 pounds, well put together and he’s physical. Not only is he physical, he runs an extremely polished...
Wouldnt rule out pt for JJ - he is evidently a phenomenal athlete - looks pretty ripped in this pic and article said he is doing very well in practice.

Mills also said he was up to 225 lbs. Can you imagine him at 230 to 235 lbs busting through the line? DB's would run the other way - some linebackers too.
TV announcers said Lawerence was 6'5" and 340lbs. I didnt see a belly on him and he was fast. Not much of a stretch to say he could be starting for some NFL teams. Hard to deal with that.
Not saying its right or wrong but there is one other starter that seems to be treated in a similar manner as Shamire and that's Francis Kallon. We don't know what goes on outside of public statements - hopefully its more encouraging but have to trust the coach on how to bring players to their...
This story needs a lot more attention - especially with all the crimes and sexual assaults by CFB players lately. I think having players and a team with the type of character that Keeshaun exhibits is more important than W's at the end of the day. Not saying we can't have both, but too many...
