    We just...

@swampsting The players who got themselves kicked off the team created a perception that the fault must belong to the coaching staff and the Institute. Apparently, perception is not reality as the kids on this team showed everyone emphatically that those players were not missed and more...

    CJ Leggett Question...

While both Laskey and Days were awesome this year, their play might have been a consequence of feeling some heat from CJ in summer camp. What is a bit of concern is the lack of players with any experience at B-Back. However, IIRC that was also being said last season about this time with the...

Why didn't we see more of the Bgap dive and/or midline in other games?

Slowly but surely CPJ has been building an offense that will be a problem for all GT opponents now and into the future. The offensive line for the first time has road graders not only in the GCG positions, but all across the front line as well as tremendous depth. Add to that a QB like...

Redshirts from 2014 - Biggest Impact in 2015?

@GTRX7 After watching the backup QB for the Mutts come in during the Belk Bowl and do absolutely nothing in the passing game, no doubt they WISHED Tim Byerly was on their roster as opposed to Brandon Douglas.

Why didn't we see more of the Bgap dive and/or midline in other games?

@UgaBlows Although Justin Thomas is just a redshirt sophomore, the OB not only showcased his talents like speed and quickness, but more importantly his understanding of this offense and the ability to make the correct reads. His current knowledge of this offense is at least comparable if not...

Redshirts from 2014 - Biggest Impact in 2015?

I'm just wondering how much Leggett pushed both Laskey and Days into having the seasons they both did at B-Back. You have to be a heckuva a player to have CPJ considering taking off the redshirt six games into your freshman season. This gives me great hope with him heading into spring and 2015.

    Post Season Musings

We also have to fess up that a few of our preseason predictions on this board didn't pan out: - Everybody is just going to line up and run it down our throats with this DL (Chubbs who?) - Godhigh is gone and took all our A Back blocking with him - Looks like the light will never come on for...

Shaq Mason named 1st Team All American by USA Today

Even more amazing than being named a first team All American is that 3 stars Shaq beat out all of those 5 and 4 stars must have guaranteed All Pro Players that turn you into an instant championship team seconds after they sign their LOI. How can that even be possible? Aren't these recruiting...

    GT providing the blueprint

Oregon is the media darling in college football and Mariota deserves to win the Heisman Trophy and most certainly will. That being said, FSU will beat the ducks for a few reasons, most notably whenever Oregon has been in a tough game the past several years they have lost. They are what is...

    College Playoff Rankings

While all of this speculation and conspiracy theories are lots of fun to discuss, something more important is currently taking place that assists GT in the ACCCG: the Jameis Winston Hearing has commenced and is proving to be a monumental distraction. Both of his roomates who are on the team...

Lefthanded Column on Tech in Florida Times-Union

Here is the Bio on Gary Smits: "I have been in journalism for 43 years, since I began working for a weekly newspaper in Maryland at the age of 15 covering my high school football team (the mighty Cougars of Thomas Stone High, the pride of Waldorf, Md.). I first worked in Florida at the Clay...

I know many are very confident...

While FSU has dug deep and found ways to win ball games this season, they are still the Champions until somebody knocks them off the throne. That being said, they have not faced a team that can actually run the football the way we do. If Clemson would have gotten under center when they were...

    Since no one else will...

FSU's fans wanted nothing to do with this matchup. They were quite vocal about wanting Duke in the title game by a margin of about 99.9 to 0.01. It should be a great game and looking forward to it.

    I Believe

Not only did Vad Lee not want to get hit, but he hobbled the entire team by his lack of effort in executing the offense while everyone else was busting their butt to succeed. Offensive linemen resent QB's that are soft that way. The numbers he put up at James Madison come from playing in the...

    Various stuff on Georgia game

The hit I. Johnson put on the Mutts kicker running that fake field goal was a wallop! He got Trucked Big Time by Johnson and didn't even know where he was, let alone get that license number.
