  1. GT @ BC

This incoming class appears to be guys that actually have an outside shot. Jose has an OK shot and Haywood has a nice stroke, especially before his injury. I expect both of those guys to get more reliable from behind the arc as they get older. But just so we are on the same page, I, too...
  2. Eagles coach has some stones

It was refreshing to see a HC playing to win the game and not to lose. It's not uncommon to see coaches live on the edge in college football, but in the pros it's always more conservative. I thought he outcoached Belichick last night.
  3. Sylvester Ogbonda

Sure, practice is fine but at some point these guys need to get a feel for what it's like in ACC play. Next year, if we don't get a big thru grad transfer, we will be depending A LOT on these guys. I'd rather we work thru some growing pains now when the outcome of the season has already been...
  4. Sylvester Ogbonda

If I have one gripe about the coaching job CJP has done this year, it's the lack of minutes for Cole, Wright and SO. Our season was essentially shot (regarding post season play) before the conference games began. I want to see some of these guys get some minutes. Hell, AD has improved a ton...
  5. GT @ BC

Today's basketball is built for the 3 point shot. We aren't built that way (yet), therefore, we will struggle to win games, even when we shoot a good percentage.
  6. Oklahoma State hires Duke Defensive Coordinator

Over the last 4 games with them, we've lost 3 and have given up an average of 30+ points per game. Our issues with them haven't really been against their defense IMO.
  7. DB - John-Timothy Ibe (@JTIbe17)

This is a very naive view of him and the situation. I don't really know how good of a player he is or how much he could contribute here, but the idea that he must not be any good because the unit/team he was on was bad is ridiculous. There's 10 other guys out there besides him and who knows...
  8. Per the Ajc: CPJ working through contract extension through 2022

He got a 3 year extension in early 2015. Not sure if anything happened after last season.
  9. Per the Ajc: CPJ working through contract extension through 2022

Totally different as BG never won squat...JMO
  10. Per the Ajc: CPJ working through contract extension through 2022

I already know the few people on here that will "enjoy" this news. My afternoon productivity just went out the door.
  11. Roof Out as DC

So Ted Roof was the answer to a 40 year old problem at GT?
  12. ACC Proposal for Players to Keep Redshirt Through Any Four Games

I like the 4 games and I also think EVERY player should be allowed to play in the bowl game, redshirt or not.
  13. Pelton is out . .

I guess I've missed this trend. Seems like college is more work since recruiting is a year round thing.
  14. Pelton is out . .

I give this NO chance. Why would you leave a NFL assistant job to come back to college as an assistant?
  15. Roof Out as DC

Wow, you are a bigger fan of Ted than I gave you credit for and I’m almost certain you are massively overstating his affect on recruiting.
  16. Some things CPJ could change next season

Sounds like you have a different HC in your fantasy land.
  17. Jordan Tucker....

With suspensions and injuries we’ve had this year??? We have guys like Moore and AD getting real PT. I’m not saying he would’ve been a star, but he would’ve gotten significant PT.
  18. UGA recruiting article

They already have one. It’s called the NCAA.
  19. Jordan Tucker....

    He would've played major minutes.
  20. Roof Out as DC

I’m a believer that causing turnovers isn’t just about luck. One of my biggest gripes about Roof’s D was that we always seemed to struggle to create negative plays and turnovers. It felt like we were always hoping the other teams O would screw up on their own. JMO
