One of the several mysteries to me on D over the past few years is why didn't Lewis see the field more. I'm not sure if it was a him, coaching, fit or something else, but to some degree I feel like we missed an opportunity with him. Oh well, it's water under the bridge at this point.

I think the biggest impact the new D will have on our O will be psychological. Let's be honest, most of us thought the O could not miss a turn when we were playing a good team. I even believe it affected how CPJ called plays.

I think TJ's lack of basketball IQ is a bigger issue than his shooting. The guy is very Jekyll/Hyde, and not just game to game, but even possession to possession in the game. He's never seen a 1 on 3 fast break that he didn't like. For every one good thing he does, he'll do something else...

1 of those scorers missed several games due to an injury. Another one of those scorers has been playing hurt most of the season. The third scorer is a very flawed player. Returning your top 3 scorers doesn’t automatically equate to a good team.

Outscored by 24 from behind the 3 point line...sheesh. I get that we don't shoot the 3 ball well, and I can live with that, but for a team that hung it's hat on playing D last year, our effort on D has sucked balls this year.

I don’t think Cole or Wright would’ve changed a single outcome we’ve had but given the fact that we have nothing to play for, postseason wise, they need to get some run.

I’ll keep saying it. Cole and Wright need to get some minutes in real games. Let them break a sweat in the game and then let their play in the game dictate how much time they get. They’ve got to cut their teeth in ACC play at some point.

Makes you wonder what our recruiting could be if we had another CAM or 2 on staff.
