Our slim chances just took a huge hit going 0-2 this week. I felt we had to get 1 to have a chance. We'll fall out of all the brackets now and playing Tusculum won't help at all, basically can only hurt. Don't see how we can get to 9-9 after this week. This was the team I was expecting this year. Showed good fight though. I know people get tired of hearing it but this is why Pastner keeps saying we have no margin for error. I feel like the Wake game Saturday is a must win to keep tourney a realistic chance. Need FSU to win tonight at Miami.

The VCU win and the Ohio and Tennessee losses hopefully will all look better at the end of the year. We really need UNC, FSU, and ND to keep winning and finish very strong. I feel confident that 10-8 and we are in. 9-9 is dicey and imho would require a win in acc tourney.

if we go 10-8 in ACC play we will be a lock for the NCAA. If we go 9-9 and win a game in acc tourney, we are in. I never ever thought I'd be saying that this year but I love it! The excitement for GT basketball is back.

We are going to be much more flexible and will play a variety of sets, 4-3, 4-2-5, and 3-5. Get the best athletes on the field and attack. I love it and think it is the best option for us.
