The 30 eats up clock. It's hard for me to judge how good Kennesaw State is since they played Reinhardt last week. If it is a close game during the first half, I think we should go after them with our running attack and slow the game down just to keep the ball away from them.
I don't know if he is going to have a radio show this year, but I'm sure he'll get nothing but comfortable questions. I'm also sure it won't be a call-in show either, just yea me. Glad he got text messages of support, but he didn't mention if Todd Stansbury sent him one.
I didn't care for the 10 second smile at the end. It was a fair question that needed an answer. Really creepy to me. Maybe Todd Stansbury can provide an answer. All those guys asking questions were giving him softballs.
I know parents and former players read the Swarm, but I doubt recruits read it. Frankly I'm glad people are raising hell about the status of the program. It shows people care about what's happening to Georgia Tech sports, especially a proud football program. Someone mentioned Kim King's name...
During 2012, Charles Kelly took over as the interim defensive coordinator at Tech during mid season. There was improvement. After the season ended, he probably was going to be named Tech's defensive coordinator, but he decided to join Jimbo Fisher at FSU as a special teams/linebacker coach. He's...
Tech has a pretty fragile fan base and the GTAA has failed to attract outsiders to become fans. Also, Stansbury has reported that season ticket sales were off from previous years. I don't want to make this a discussion about excuses, but Tech has a lot going against it's football program and...
I know there are money issues for a buy out, but Stansbury needs to do the math. Keep the current coaching staff and save what you invested, but keep losing hundreds of season ticket buyers or pay the guy off and hire a new coach that can right the ship, stop the bleeding of current season...
There are good coaches out there that are not getting paid millions of dollars. Without looking up the guy's name, I have no idea who the head coach of UNI is. I'm pretty sure he doesn't make the same money as our million dollar coach does, but he sure did have his team prepared to play...
Atlanta area, the Georgia International Convention Center at College Park. Reps from other schools could easily fly into Atlanta and take the Skytram to the ACC offices. Massive car rental locations to. Fly in for meetings and return home quickly. No traffic, no beggars, no drive-by shootings.
I re-read the OP's post and I don't have a huge problem with it's content except for the last line. It's my understanding, Martinez as a freshman had turn over issues and apparently still does. As a freshman, Sims had turn over issues too. But I think it's comparing apples to oranges. This year...
