You left out the SEC. They will get at least one in.

I don’t see any way that ND gets in if they have the same number of losses as a conference champ if they are tied for the last spot. But politics trumps performance sometimes.

I’m a huge fan, but I ditched the NFL, and except for Tech, I’ve basically ditched CFB. Sometimes I will check the scores for upsets. But now I’m a casual fan that’s disappointed in the direction things have been going.

I would like to see them rank 7-8 ACC teams in the preseason top 25 and 3-4 in the top ten. It will never happen, but we would have more ranked by season end.

I think watching Tech the past few years has more to do with nostalgia than winning championships. Sadly.

Doesn’t Navy play almost every week on a network. CBSSN has them almost every week that they’re not playing a name school like ND.

Hard to judge anything after week one. Didn’t VT beat the Ohio State Buckeyes in game one some years back. And still made the playoffs.

Who are they going to play if teams go to a 9, 10, or 11 game conference schedule? Scheduling other sports will be a nightmare. Even ND knows this.
