Directors cup counts the quantity of programs. We do not have enough funded sports to compete. Not a fair measure for performance vs budget.

No, in the ACCN pregame he was being asked why would Miami ever have problems recruiting. The Miami guy said that other schools were doing NIL before NIL was a thing. He said why would players want to stay @ Miami when they could go get paid at some other school.

So a Soccer league scenario where teams can play their way up or down leagues to get a bigger paycheck. Top teams go up, Bottom teams go down. That would add to the excitement and make sure the structure of today makes sense in the future as teams ebb and flow.
