Thought so too - was wondering what it was then found out....

THERE'S A WAFFLE HOUSE SONG?!?!

There are many Waffle House songs and they are all awful... So if you go there make sure you play them all in succession to enjoy the horror on the employees' faces.

Now that we have been in this new strength and conditioning trend for several weeks now, I want to know if anyone has heard anything regards to how it’s going. Do players feel a difference compared to working with sisk? Do they see themselves getting stronger? Are they having more fun? I would love to somehow hear from a players prospective on the S&C coach change

I like that we're driving a narrative on social media, but these are the most stereotypical before/after pictures for a workout program you can get. Before are all unflexed and with worse lighting and baggy clothing. After are flexed (probably post workout still pumped up) with better lighting and tighter fitting clothes. You're not going to tell any real differences there, but I'm all for continuing to market the work the guys are putting in. Sometimes breaking the monotony and having fun can help you push past the pain as well. Results will speak for themselves in a few months/years.

Yeah I noticed that as well. Even though they aren’t flexing in the first picture, you can still see a clear increase in muscle in their arms and shoulders. I think the players feel happy about their progress as well.

I’m very interested in what their diets are and what they using in recovery.

Like for me yoga is big in recovery and injury prevention.

But in spite of all the aforementioned, I still see a marked difference especially considering both subjects have already been in a college S&C program for well over a year.

If these pics are indicative of the team's offseason progress, then this is an improvement, plain and simple.
