After beating Wake, I see three games remaining that we should win(BG, BC, UVA). If we take care of business in those three, then we just need one more win in the remaining five(Syracuse is the most likely) to make a bowl. Crazy how big last night’s game was. If we lost, I’d probably have given up all hope for this season. Since we won, I seriously think we will go bowling.

I actually worry about Clemsons run game more of the way they run the ball it’s a lot like how ole miss attacks the LOS. My worry with UNC is our CBs

Yes, win the ones we should (not a given) and pick off a remaining team. Challenge is that Clemson and UNC aside, we still may find BC and Syracuse a problem due to matchups. But that’s why you play ‘em one game at a time.

But absolutely agree that the outcome of the Wake game could determine the season and said so before the game.

Their passing game may be emerging as well. Klubnik had a pretty good game yesterday. He might not be Trevor Lawrence just yet but for a freshman sophomore he's plenty dangerous. Went 25/38, 283 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT.

Maye will have nightmares all week of playing Tech last season and go into choke mode the first time we hit him.

During the season I tend to stay with Knob Creek on game day. If we win, I have a pour of George T. Stagg or Eagle Rare 17. If we lose (gasp!) I stay with the KC. If we go 12-2 this year, I'll crack my last bottle of William Larue Weller.

FWIW College Football News has their new rankings 1-133 out tonight I find it strange that they rank Louisville so low even though it is undefeated.

My hesrt is starting to love KING - At start of season Our Qb was rated last. Now he is near the top even though oir defense does not force punts.
Yes he takes shots down field , but I am good with that. On the busted run plays he us a,good down field blocker!

King is not only a good QB, he's a gamer ... we haven't had one of these for a while.

I had 6 pre-season and still sticking with that. The win Saturday kept us on track to get there.
Keep in kind if we upset a team that we are not supposed to it is equally likely we will lose to a team we should beat. In my nightmares this is a win over UNC and a loss to UVA - that would seem to play into our history with both.

FWIW, GT has beaten all the teams with a QB whose QBR is lower than King's and lost to the teams who had QB's with better QBR's.
If that held for the rest of the season GT would go 6-6.
