I love winning. Defense looked great after the first two WCU drives.

Offense lost momentum in the second half, and I hope the team figures out how to be focused for 60 minutes.

I hope the qb for WCU is okay.

A win is a win, and a needed one especially on 4 days rest.
But boy collins and co still know how to make fcs games an emotional roller coaster. Need thacker to clean up the D and stop letting Jeff Simms go deep please

I am glad we won but I am scared about what the Lane Train is going to do to us next week... Charlie Thomas can't defend everyone

Happy with the win. My main take aways …

1) we won
2) we have specific things to work on with a FULL week of practice ahead
3) some people won’t be happy unless we win(or lose) THEIR way and how THEY think the game should be played.

Can we depend on 4 turnovers, and also, will that be enough against div. 1 schools?

D played pretty well, but gotta work on contain by the DEs. RBs had a good game. Jeff did not play his best this week, thankfully it was a weak opponent.

A lot to get straightened out before Ole Miss comes to town. Sims not sharp, Oline still a work in progress. Defense improved after Charlie returned in the 2nd half.

I’m not sure this game told us any more than the Clemson game did. We were supposed to beat WCU and we did but our performance left me with more questions than answers. Gotta get after Ole Miss.

I picked this up two weeks ago and have been waiting for the first GT win to crack it.

Will only be getting a dram for a win, and can’t wait to enjoy each one!

No way anyone came away from this game without a realization that a division 2 school was extremely competive against us and beat us in several statistical categories. If it were a 2nd tier SEC/Big 12 school, like Houston or Mizzou or other, maybe that would be fine, but it is not.

It made me think that Kerwin Bell might be worth an interview when we can Collins in December.

A win is a win is a m'fn win. A lot to clean up but we will see how this staff responds and gets these guys ready for Ole Miss. I can clearly see the talent on our side of the field but there are still plenty of questions about whether these coaches can get the players to consistently play up to their talent level. I'm always optimistic so I believe they will
