So Capel just sent out his first tweet in over 5 days to a Duke signee, saying brotherhood, dukefamily, etc... Interesting to me he had been silent for a week. To me this says he is staying at Duke. Looks like it is definitely Drew unless he has a change of heart and stays at Valpo or listens to Vandy.
