It gives us an advantage because CPJ actually used those two hours to practice whereas Lyle would use his two hours touring the stadium and thinking of new excuses.

He's probably talking about getting comfortable with the field, having the right spikes can be huge.

Yes. It's always advantageous to actually practice on the field you will play on, especially if it's a brand new field. JJ Green spoke of having to track punts and kick-offs more carefully, as apparently they can get lost in the video board. And while all four teams were invited to practice there, we do have the advantage of being the only team able to bus the players 30 minutes down the road to the stadium.

That being said, I am always in favor of taking every advantage I can legally get.

Tennessee has been cursed with injuries the last few seasons. Whether that has anything to do with Butch Jones who knows It's been said before that CBJ is a stern taskmaster. If Butch wins less than 7 games in 2017 he's probably out of a job.
