The ACC just announced a noon kickoff time for the October 12th match-up against UNC in Chapel Hill. It will be televised on The CW.
I'll be making the short drive from Greensboro to root for the Good Guys! Go Jackets!
I was hoping for either noon or 8 pm so I could still make it to mass at 5 pm:ROFLMAO: I appreciate the ACC for helping a brother out!

I caught a cheap flight getting there Friday afternoon and leaving Saturday night. I couldn't miss this, plus I have never been to Chapel Hill.
Chapel Hill is fun. I'd recommend Tallulas for dinner on Friday evening if you like Turkish/Middle Eastern food - unbelievably kind owners, nice decor/vibe, and some of the most flavorful food I've ever had. It really goes toe to toe with any restaurant you'd find in Atlanta.

Try to visit the Carolina basketball museum if you're a hoops fan. Dean Smith's recruitment letter to Michael Jordan is hanging there and is hilarious. If you like art, their Ackland Art Museum is quite nice (and free entrance though throw them a donation on the way out if you enjoy it)

Anything less than 223-0 GT will be a disappointment in my book.

Wow. I don’t see us as a favorite here. We can win but based on the stinkers we laid @ Syracuse and Louisville, we got the lot to fix if we hope to win on the road. I hope Vegas is right but I would not put money on it.

Go Jackets!

On the flip side the road games have been competitive against (we assume at this point) much better teams than UNC.

It’s mostly due to bettors fading the holes.

GT, puke and the holes all have paltry home field advantages (roughly 2.25 points apiece).

The holes closed a 1.5 pt favorite at puke, indicating they’d be favored by 3.75 on a neutral field. Puke won by 1… pretty close to the spread.

GT closed a 10 pt favorite against puke, indicating we’d be favored by 7.75 on a neutral field. We won by 10 so right on spread-wise.

These two lines suggest we’d be favored by 4-ish over the holes on a neutral field or around 2-ish in Chapel Hill. We opened -3.5 on fan duel and it’s now been bet up to -5.5.

4-2 let’s kick the sheet out of NCAR and get to 5-2. We gotta pretty good football team but we’ll still have to fight for every win we get! Let’s go Ga Tech

I dream we put up 223 on their defense but practically⁵ I hope for 70. But I know Brent and Scoots were close at one time and doubt if Brent holds any animosity towards him like us fans and don't believe he will want to embarrass coach Mack. So the least I am expecting and will be 100% satisfied with is 50+.
By half time.
